Melina Nava Perez (born March 9, 1979), is a Mexican American professional wrestler currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) wrestling on its Raw brand under the ring name Melina.
Perez joined the independent professional wrestling circuit in 2004 and WWE later that year. Initially, she was a manager for the tag team MNM. She managed them to three reigns as WWE Tag Team Champions, as well as Johnny Nitro to two reigns as WWE Intercontinental Champion. Perez made her WWE singles debut in 2005 and is a three-time WWE Women's Champion, winning the belt twice in 2007 and once in 2009...

Melina Perez, one of a few latina WWE divas, was born in 1979 and is of Mexican descent. She's the first Mexican-American female wrestler to win the WWE Womens Title. Melina has been a part of both the WWE Raw and Smackdown television shows, and started her career back in 2004. After spending some time working at the OVW (Ohio Valley Wrestling) organization she was brought up to WWE. Her earliest appearances featured Melina in lingerie and limbo contests in late 2004.

Sexy latina wrestler Melina Perez has enjoyed an illustrious and starstruck WWE wrestling career, including her start in 2004 managing the tag team "MNM" which consisted of Johnny Nitro (now John Morrison) and Joey Mercury, a former WWE star. Melina guided them to the tag team titles, and also helped her boyfriend John Morrison become the Intercontinental Champion while he was on Raw. Melina has also managed other wrestlers including Mark Henry and Kurt Angle, and was involved in a storyline which included celebrity Keven Federline when he was feuding with John Cena!

Eventually, she departed the tag team scene to pursue her own singles diva wrestling career. During that time, Melina has been a top wrestler on both Raw and Smackdown TV shows, and has won the WWE Women's Title several times including twice in 2007 and once in 2009.

In addition to dating John Morrison (real name: John Hennigan) Melina dated Batista (dave Batista) for a short bit of time after Batista divorced his wife.
